Studi
Our premium Garden Room, the Studi has everything you could ever need from an outdoor room and arrives ready to use. Fully insulated, long-lasting and structurally efficient, there is nothing that compares to the Studi’s modern finish and functional design.
Built with structurally insulated panels fitted with EPS foam insulation, and equipped with uPVC windows and doors as standard, the Studi also boasts a number of premium features such as a multi-point locking system, and protective EPDM rubber roofing. All interior walls come pre-primed, giving you a hassle-free assembly experience.
Dojo E
The Dojo E is a modern haven - a place where you can find true relaxation away from the hum of modern life. Arriving on a large platform that you can use as a veranda space, the Dojo E’s inset glazing and straight line facade gives it a uniquely modern silhouette that complements a contemporary setting.
Inside, easily retreat into privacy behind the screening walls, while insulated panelling and double glazing keeps you comfortable as you unwind. With a fully reversible design, heavy-duty framing and a slew of upgrades available, the best place to find relaxation is your brand new Dojo.
Canvas
With a number of sizes and modular components, the Canvas is a Garden Room you can truly make your own. Adjustable door placement, the option of an extra window, and three different sizes allow you to fit the Canvas to the specifications of your garden.
The base of the Canvas is strong and dependable, with strong tongue and groove cladding and 15mm multi-foil insulated panels that are the thickest we offer. But there’s a whole host of upgrades to choose from including uPVC framing for the double-glazed windows. With massive ceiling-to-floor windows, the Canvas is built to be filled with natural light.
Outpost
The Outpost takes the classic look of a timber building and turns that expectation on its head. Its traditional wooden appearance hides away effective EcoQuilt insulation in the walls, roof and floor, as well as double-glazed windows.
For those preferring a more private space, the Outpost delivers a more secluded interior while still having windows that bring sunlight indoors. With three different sizes available, you can tailor the building to your needs - or upgrade it with uPVC windows in two different colours. Double doors with a multi-point locking system provide both security and easy accessibility.
Spread Out The Way You Live
Ever felt like your house was one room short? With so much of our life now spent at home, it can sometimes tend to feel like we’re a bit packed in. With space now becoming a precious commodity, making the most of what you have is crucial.
The versatile nature of our Garden Rooms, and the ability to use them in a whole variety of ways, means they act as an entire extra room for your home. Whether it’s a place to unwind, an office, or maybe a mixed-use space for living and storage, there’s no real limit to how you can use one - giving you the means to decongest the place you spend most of your time.
Fully Insulated Designs
While many garden buildings are best used when the temperature outdoors is comfortable, an Insulated Garden Building isn’t held back by the same constraints. All of our rooms are fully equipped with insulated panels and double-glazed windows, which keeps the interior temperature consistent and comfortable no matter what the temperature outside is.
With the insulation keeping it warm in winter and cool in summer, you can use the building all year round. This allows you to fully integrate the room into your lifestyle and make great use of outdoor space that could only be used when the weather was nice.
Add Value to Your Home
There are both short and long-term benefits to investing in an Insulated Garden Building. While you’re getting a space that upgrades the way you live, you’ll also be getting a feature that improves the total value of your property.
Garden Rooms, especially those that make up for the existing shortcomings of a house - if it didn’t have a dedicated place to relax, for instance - will naturally boost its value. While some of it will come from the addition of the room, it also comes down to how it is situated and furnished too. The better you build your room, the more value it will add.
High-Quality Materials
At the heart of all these buildings are high-quality, reliable materials and components. From the tongue and groove cladding lining the exterior to the uPVC framing on our windows and doors, each building is built to be strong, reliable and provide consistent use for over a decade.
One feature that stands out above the rest is our Structurally Insulated Panel design. This concept inserts a layer of insulation - either EPS foam or multi-foil - between an inner and outer timber cladding panel. This makes the buildings insulated without you having to do anything at all.
Yes, Insulated Garden Buildings are suitable for use 365 days a year. The in-built insulation means that the interior space is comfortable and habitable throughout the year, no matter the weather conditions or outside temperature.
You may need a small amount of heating during colder months, but the insulation will keep any heat generated indoors and it will naturally keep itself warm.
This is certainly possible and a reality for many insulated garden building owners! It is feasible to connect electricity, an internet connection and even water to your building. However, it is not an easy task and requires lots of work and a good deal of planning.
To ensure that everything is connected and works smoothly, we recommend asking the help of a trusted professional to either plan or conduct the work for you (if you’re not one yourself!).
In the UK, there are a few regulations that govern whether planning permission for a garden building is needed. These focus mainly on placement, size, and stories. Our buildings abide by most of these rules and planning permission isn’t usually required, but there are a few to look out for:
Choosing the right size for an insulated garden building depends on your intended use, available space, and budget. It's important to measure your available outdoor space as well as how and where you’ll be accessing the building. Planning the place you’ll be installing the building will make sure that there are no complications when delivery day comes around.
