The BillyOh Pathfinder Sportsman is the flagship product for the BillyOh Pathfinder range. This building is available in 2 sizes which have been designed with smaller to medium gardens in mind providing a versatile useable space. Both sizes come as standard with a double door and two opening windows. This building will enhance any garden whether used to work from home or a garden hideaway at the end of the garden. Both the Sportsman I and II can be assembled in a number of different ways to suit all garden types.

Features

The Sportsman I and II are both packed with features including a factory assembled floor and roof, 19mm Tongue and Groove Timbers wall boards, Interlocking construction, Fixing kit, double doors and windows. Check the features below;

19mm Interlocking Boards - Single T&G providing stability and durability.

11mm Factory Assembled T&G Floor - We Provide you with factory made floor sections for quick installation supported by 2" x 1" Floor Joists.

11mm Factory Assembled T&G Roof - We Provide you with factory made roof sections for quick installation supported by 2" x 1" Roof Purlins.

Styrene Glazed Doors/Windows - There are 2 Windows, which are bottom opening windows constructed with integral Georgian styled glazing bars. Glazing comes as a single sheet for ease of assembly.

Semi Glazed Style Double Door - These provide plenty of light with integral Georgian glazing bars as standard, while adding security with a boarded section. Glazing comes as a single sheet for ease of assembly.

Alpine Styled Roof Line - Roofline similar to alpine traditional chalets and ski lodges.

Roofing Felt as Standard - The Pathfinder Sportsman I and II come as standard with all felt covering and fixings as standard at no extra cost. The felt used is a green mineral felt which is of higher grade than cheaper felt types such as sand felt.

Designed and Made in England - The BillyOh Pathfinder Sportsman I and II have both been designed using state of the art software in the UK and manufactured in our own UK based factory.



Construction


Wonderfully Crafted Log Cabin using both Interlocking and Tongue and Groove 19mm Timbers

The Pathfinder Sportsman log cabin is a well constructed and designed building providing a spacious internal space and well crafted features. The Georgian styled windows and double opening doors filter light into the interior adding a heightened sense of space. The standalone design with minimal overhangs ensure flexibility and variation in a multitude of decking, paving options to suit your garden.

    Floors and Roof

    The floor sections and both roof panels of this building are all pre assembled for speed and ease of assembly, taking away the need to fix individual boards. All of these also use Tongue and Groove boards.

    Construction

    The 19mm interlocking timbers coupled with framing ensure that the building is both stable and rigid. All parts of this cabin are constructed using modern wood working equipment.

    Double Doors

    This cabin utilises a fully crafted pair of half styrene glazed doors, hung using traditionally styled hinges. The half wooden panel and locking system ensure that this building can be securely locked.

    Windows

    The two top opening windows, help provide the internals with plenty of natural light. Georgian bars mixed with traditionally styled hinges ensure a classic traditional design aesthetic is maintained.

A: It doesn't come 10ft wide 8ft deep, the roofing felt are supplied but they will need fitting and the assembly kit is a tool set.     Log Cabin Features

    Most of our Log Cabin Buildings Feature;

    All boards are pre-machined to length and they interlock together increasing strength and durability

    The timbers in log cabins are substantially thicker including 19mm, 28mm, 44mm and 70mm. This thickness increases the insulation properties of the building and comes in single or double Tongue & Groove depending on timber thickness.

    Log cabin boards are naturally finished, ensuring a blank canvas ready for varnishing, painting or treating in any colour desired.

    Treating the building is required to conform to the warranty and to maintain the building. Wood stains are available in 4 colours for each product; Cedar Red, Harvest Gold, Ever Green and Dark Brown.

    Log Cabins are supplied with either; Solid Sheet, T&G Pre-Assembled sections or Individual T&G board floors. T&G floors are more heavy duty and of premium quality.

    Log Cabins are supplied with either; Solid Sheet, T&G Pre-Assembled sections or Individual T&G board roofs. T&G roofs are more heavy duty and premium quality.

    Cabins are glazed using either; Styrene, Single Glazed Glass or Double Glazed Glass. Double glazing is the most premium.

    The BillyOh Playhouses, Pathfinders, Frontiers and Pioneers all come as standard with green mineral felt. Those that do not come as standard include this as an optional extra.

    Premium roofing shingles are available on a selection of the buildings. These are available in Green, Grey, Black and Red Tiles.

    Due to the individual boards construction, assembly time is more time consuming, why not add our assembly service if available in your area.

    All buildings come with screws, glazing and ironmongery required for assembly

    Each building comes with stage by stage instructions, with individual part identification and cutting lists.

    Buildings with an offset door and window can be reversed so that the door is on either the left or the right. Providing that the window side is the same length as the plain side the windows can be placed either side.

    BillyOh Playhouses, Pathfinder, Frontier and Pioneer ranges are both manufactured and designed in the UK. The remaining buildings have been designed in the UK.
