The BillyOh Acorn Garden Pavilion with Veranda
The exclusively in house designed BillyOh Acorn Garden Pavilion is a superbly built garden pavilion that is unparalleled in terms of style, attention to detail and durability. The English styled roof line is much the talking point of any dinner party with eye-catching overhung verandah and traditionally styled Georgian barred windows and doors. The pavilion is versatile enough to suite a number of outdoor building functions, expanding the available living space within your garden. This product will enhance any garden with its natural finish and preserved and maintained will stand as a prominent feature for years to come.
The building is primarily constructed from substantial 44mm interlocking logs, with 18mm T&G (tongue and groove) roofing and a substantial 18mm T&G Floor. The internal eaves are 2.188m ensuring that there is always plenty of head room, that couple with a ridge height of 3.15m creates a spacious feel. The overall size of the building is 5m x 5.5m equating to 28msq, with an internal area of 17.49msq. A room of this size is ideal for any summer house, artist’s/architects studio or gym to name but a few. There is an integrated verandah of 6.95msq providing plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the sunrise or sunset while overhung by a beautifully crafted overhang. Internaly the overhang has a space of 6.53m above the verandah, which is ideal for light to medium weight storage. The BillyOh Acorn Garden Pavilion utilises a set of fully glazed doors with included optional Georgian bars. The six windows used are also fully glazed side opening tilt and turn and come in a large size, with the Georgian bar option included.
With the buildings solid construction method, utilising the traditional method of interlocking logs combined with secure locking method, maintain the buildings secure feel. The high roof-line made from substantial joists and 18mm thick T&G boards provides an internal feel of quality. This coupled with highly detailed crafted windows and doors, provides plenty of ambient natural light proving to be a versatile and luxurious office space. The use of cutting edge technology in both the design and manufacturing processes results in a building of very high quality. The Cabin can be assembled over a period of two days, following the provided technical details and general instructions. Upon completion it is imperative that the untreated building is treated with a quality wood preservative to ensure longevity and durability for years to come. It is highly important that the building is treated upon completion and yearly thereafter to ensure durability.

The traditional overhang feature ensures considerable shade during the summer months and shelter during the wet weather. Intergral to the veranda feature and roofing.
Expansive raised floor veranda with tongue and groove flooring and elegant hand rail and decking. Ideal for enjoying morning tea or simply relaxing in the shade. The Depth of the building (including Verandah) is approximately 5.5m.
Fully glazed doors open out onto the veranda. A quality locking system ensures your belongings are secure leaving you with peace of mind. Note. The glazing in the windows and doors are sealed to the framing to ensure better insulation and protection from the elements.
The spacious, light interior is achieved by a high roof line, glazed double doors and 6 windows. Ideal as a garden office, home gym, childrens playroom or somewhere to escape to and relax. The width of the building (outer wall to outer wall) is approximately 5m. Please Allow for small tollerances. The Internal size of the building is 4712 x 3712 which provides approximately 17.5 sq metres of space.
Wonderfully crafted window framing adds to the elegance of the garden pavilion. The windows are hand fitted and beaded for greater quality. Fully opening windows that ensure a well ventilated interior. Please note: Window strips may differ from image shown.
Durable 18mm tongue and groove flooring is both tasteful and versatile. We recommend treating for extra protection. The flooring is securely nailed to the floor bearers forming a dependable base to the log cabin.
The construction displays undoubted craftsmanship and adds to the natural, traditional design. Edges are bevelled for a clean finish and the joinery is notched and cut using the finest cutting machinery. This provides you the customer with a secure, rigid and superior structure that is built to last. Note. This buildings is cut from government approved timber sources. We do not use chipboard in our buildings unlike many other manufacturers. Our timber is notched to ensure light and water do not enter into the building

Product took a while to be delivered but well worth the wait. Really easy to erect in 2 days, no missing parts and considering it had been under cover for 5 months while we were doing the garden it still looked brand new. Fantastic quality. Would definetely buy from Garden Buildings Direct again.

A Fabulous piece of kit, so easy to asemble, such good quality, had a few faults, but they were sorted out so professionally and very quick would definitely recommend. Very satisfied.
