The BillyOh Extra Value Store Shed is great for storage and is constructed using tongue and groove cladding throughout which consists of a single door for access .

Construction

Constructed using Strong solid sheet material roof and floor which gives the shed a finished look, making it sturdier , meaning storage of your items is no longer a problem.

Features

This shed is windowless to stop those prying eyes! This creates greater security, allowing you make sure that your belongings are kept safe.

Treatment

To help during construction and transport to you the building has been pre-treated with a dipped, base coat, timber preservative treatment. To comply with the warranty and finish the building in style, we recommend that a further treatment is carried out following construction, and thereafter on an annual basis, to prolong its life.


Please note: The door is located on the 6ft gable end for each shed

    Really impressed with the service. Placed order late Wednesday, confirmation e-mail advising delivery on Friday. Shedd delivered by Friday lunch time. Delivery driver really helpful with the unloading and very pleased with our purchase. Will construct shed once weather improves. Will certainly recommend to friends and will buy other products when required.

    FAQs

    Q: I am interested in the BillyOh Value Store Shed 8x6. I have a concrete base on which to stand it, but will I require additional timbers to lay between the concrete and the floor/base of the shed. If so, are these supplied?
    A: The floor comes complete with floor joists as standard so this can be placed straight onto your concrete base
    Q: how much would you charge to put the shed together for me
    A: We don't offer any assembly service

I have seen some plastic shed bases on the internet, would the shed benefit from sitting on these as it would by resting on grass?     A: We recommend a flat concrete base - this is crucial as the shed must be lifted off the ground to prevent moisture rotting of the wood, the floor comes with floor joists and the base will allow the air to circulate beneath the shed. Thank you.

    10 Year Anti-Rot Guarantee

    Terms of Guarantee

    Standard/Dip-treated products carry a 10 year guarantee against rot. (Please note this does not include the BillyOh Log cabins, individual guarantee applies (see log cabin product page for details))

    Anti-rot protection guards against fungal decay and insect attack. The guarantee does not cover movement, warping or splitting of timber products over time.

    Any warranty offered is only valid for goods within the United Kingdom.

    All products sold are for domestic use only unless otherwise stated in the description and/or product pages.

    This warranty applies to products purchased after January 2008, please note products purchased before this date carry a standard 1 year warranty on all parts.

    Validity of Guarantee

    • The product build instructions which are supplied with each building should be adhered to comply with the conditions of the guarantee.
    • If any part of pre-treated timber is cut, notched or drilled then an approved cut-end treatment should be applied to comply with the conditions of the guarantee.
    • A suitable timber treatment should be applied at the time of first build and then applied every 12 months to maintain the appearance of the timber and to comply with the conditions of the guarantee. The application and/or mixing guidelines provided by the manufacturer of the timber treatment should be followed.

    The guarantee is invalid if:

    • If the building has been customised or modified in any way.
    • The person claiming is not the original purchaser of the building.
    • The building has not been treated annually or as per the treatment manufacturers.
    • The building has not been erected on a solid / concrete base or placed on pressure treated bearers.
    • The building has not been erected, fitted or installed correctly.
    • The building is or has been touching any external wall which can allow moisture to penetrate the timber.

    General Information

    Wood is a natural product and susceptible to changes in the external environment. Extremes of temperature or weather conditions will cause a reaction in the timber. Sawn timber and machine-rounded items in particular, may split. This will not affect the structural strength of the wood or the product guarantee.
