BillyOh Lincoln Tongue and Groove Apex
The BillyOh Lincoln Tongue and Groove Apex is a truly wonderful building made from the more aesthetically pleasing tongue and groove cladding. This design also offers a more secure construction method over the ‘overlap’ type of building.
The walls on the building are made from strong and secure 11mm thick tongue and groove cladding so that the overall construction of the building blends naturally into your garden environment. The building is provided with pre-assembled side panels (Excluding roof and floor panels). The robust framing of the building is 50mm x 25mm.
The door gable can be fitted on either of the end of the building. The window panel can be placed on either side of the building and all of our buildings come with a base, which is included in the price.
All necessary fixtures and fittings are supplied to assemble the building and you can hang the door on either side so it opens in the opposite direction than shown in the photographs.
STYRENE WINDOW FEATURE
Designed with a styrene window feature ensuring natural light floods the interior making this shed ideal for storage or use as a workshop.
TONGUE & GROOVE WALLS
Tongue & groove constuction is a traditional yet superior type of cladding designed to give a smoother finish, enhanced look and most importantly secure cladding making it more resistant to the weather.
EASY ASSEMBLY
To aid in the assembly some of the work has already been carried out for you. Each building comes with fully assembled panels and we supply a fixing kit with sufficient nails and felt to complete the roof assembly. Click Zoom for details.
PRE-TREATED
All of our BillyOh sheds come pre-treated with our very own red cedar anti-fungal wood preservative. The treatment will protect your building for approximately 6-8 weeks giving you plenty of time to choose your plot, prepare your base and erect your building.
SOLID SHEET MATERIAL
The roof and floor is constructed using Solid Sheet Material rigid board so no more splits or sap pockets.
Floor Joists
Each building comes complete with a sufficient number of factory treated floor joists which act as a strengthening tool that provides ventilation and prevents the damp and cold penetrating the floor.

Q: Is this price including floor?
A: Yes the item comes with a solid sheet material floor. You will need to set the item on a concrete or slabbed base. If this is not possible we offer an eze base which is a wooden construction to which the shed can be placed directly onto without the hassle of setting a concrete base. Both item are currently on offer. Please contact the sales team if you wish to place an order.
Q: is the glass for the windows included in the price
A: this product comes with styrene and not glass
