BillyOh Extra Wide Bike Store Tongue and Groove overview
Construction
The buildiing is made from the aesthetically pleasing tongue and groove board which is both stylish and practical and the overall construction of the building will blend naturally into your garden environment. Tongue and Groove Cladding is used and the frame measures 28mm x 28mm.
Features
Great for storing bikes or scooters but throw open the 1.5m wide doors and you will be amazed at what else it will swallow! Barbeques, trampolines and other outdoor toys can be securely stowed away during the winter months, ready for action again in the spring. Easy to erect with two people in less than a couple of hours.
Treatment
To help during construction and transport to you the building has been pre-treated with a dipped, base coat, timber preservative treatment. To comply with the guarantee and finish the building in style, we recommend that a further treatment is carried out following construction, and thereafter on an annual basis, to prolong its life.
PLEASE NOTE: Shelving is NOT included in package. The photograph highlights suggested storage ideas. Also the doors are supplied with turn-buttons rather than the tower bolts or pad bolts shown.

The majority of buildings come with a factory pre-treated base coat which is fungal and weather resistant.
Due to the pre-panel construction, assembly time compared to interlocking buildings of the same size is relatively quick and straight forward.
Panel Buildings come with either Solid Sheet or pre-assembled Tongue & Groove floors. Tongue & Groove floors are more heavy duty and of a premium quality.
Majority of Panel Buildings come complete with roofing felt at no extra charge.
All buildings come with screws, glazing (where applicable) and ironmongery required for assembly
Each building comes with stage by stage instructions, with individual part identification.

Robust timbers are used for the framing for enhanced looks and additional security.
Extra Wide
Our Bike Stores are manufactured using longer boards generally giving extra width when compared to other models in the market. The wide double doors make access to the building easier and convenient.
SOLID SHEET MATERIAL
The roof and floor is constructed using Solid Sheet Material rigid board so no more splits or sap pockets.
PRE-TREATED
All of our BillyOh sheds come pre-treated with our very own red cedar anti-fungal wood preservative. The treatment will protect your building for approximately 6-8 weeks giving you plenty of time to choose your plot, prepare your base and erect your building.

10 Year Anti-Rot Guarantee
Terms of Guarantee
Standard/Dip-treated products carry a 10 year guarantee against rot. (Please note this does not include the BillyOh Log cabins, individual guarantee applies (see log cabin product page for details))
Anti-rot protection guards against fungal decay and insect attack. The guarantee does not cover movement, warping or splitting of timber products over time.
Any warranty offered is only valid for goods within the United Kingdom.
All products sold are for domestic use only unless otherwise stated in the description and/or product pages.
This warranty applies to products purchased after January 2008, please note products purchased before this date carry a standard 1 year warranty on all parts.
Validity of Guarantee
- The product build instructions which are supplied with each building should be adhered to comply with the conditions of the guarantee.
- If any part of pre-treated timber is cut, notched or drilled then an approved cut-end treatment should be applied to comply with the conditions of the guarantee.
- A suitable timber treatment should be applied at the time of first build and then applied every 12 months to maintain the appearance of the timber and to comply with the conditions of the guarantee. The application and/or mixing guidelines provided by the manufacturer of the timber treatment should be followed.
The guarantee is invalid if:
- If the building has been customised or modified in any way.
- The person claiming is not the original purchaser of the building.
- The building has not been treated annually or as per the treatment manufacturers.
- The building has not been erected on a solid / concrete base or placed on pressure treated bearers.
- The building has not been erected, fitted or installed correctly.
- The building is or has been touching any external wall which can allow moisture to penetrate the timber.
General Information
Wood is a natural product and susceptible to changes in the external environment. Extremes of temperature or weather conditions will cause a reaction in the timber. Sawn timber and machine-rounded items in particular, may split. This will not affect the structural strength of the wood or the product guarantee.
