The BillyOh Lincoln Overlap Pent 8x6 model
A superb example of a Traditional English overlap shed. The BillyOh Super Saver Overlap Pent is a traditional looking wooden shed ideal for any garden where a pent roof is required.
Constructed using overlap wall cladding so that the overall construction of the building blends naturally into your garden environment. The floors and roof are made from strong solid sheet material so no more cracks or sap pockets.
The BillyOh Super Saver Overlap Pent comes complete with two fixed windows on the front elevation that allow a generous amount of light to enter that is needed for any storage shed. Single door for convenience during self assembly. Full fixing kit including felt and instructions are included. Floor thickness is 10mm and Roof thickness is 8mm.
To help during construction and transport to you the building has been pre-treated with a timber preservative treatment but we do recommend that a further treatment is carried out following construction to prolong the life of your building.

To aid in the assembly some of the work has already been carried out for you. Each building comes with fully assembled panels and we supply a fixing kit with sufficient nails and felt to complete the roof assembly. Click Zoom for details.
All of our BillyOh sheds come pre-treated with our very own autumn gold anti-fungal wood preservative. The treatment will protect your building for approximately 6-8 weeks giving you plenty of time to choose your plot, prepare your base and erect your building.
The roof and floor is constructed using Solid Sheet Material rigid board so no more splits or sap pockets.

Posative -Good quality for the price good instructions. Negative - Floor a bit thin couple of extra roof stuts would have been welcome.

The guarantee is invalid if:
Wood is a natural product and susceptible to changes in the external environment. Extremes of temperature or weather conditions will cause a reaction in the timber. Sawn timber and machine-rounded items in particular, may split. This will not affect the structural strength of the wood or the product guarantee.
