The Mad Dash Lollipop Max Playhouse is a fantastic little playhouse that is ideal for almost any garden and is great fun for all the kids. Designed and constructed by us in the UK this truly is a stylish and practical playhouse that your children will love. Attention to detail shows and combined with some great features this means the building will blend beautifully into your garden.

Construction

Tongue and groove cladding is used for the wall construction so that it is sturdy and better looking due to its smoother appearance, thus differentiating it from certain other playhouses. Rounded framing is also used in construction for added safety.

Features

The playhouse comes complete with 2 Georgian styrene glazed fixed side windows and 2 fixed styrene glazed plain front windows and an antique styled door handle plus rounded framing to keep the children extra safe. To add more charm the building includes a stylish verandah and a styrene semi glazed door. Actual playhouse dimensions excluding verandah- 158cm (width) x 150cm (depth) x 115cm (eaves height) x 165cm (ridge height). Self assembly instructions, roofing felt and fixing kit is supplied.

Treatment

To help during construction and transport to you the building has been pre-treated with a dipped, base coat, timber preservative treatment. To comply with the warranty and finish the building in style, we recommend that a further treatment is carried out following construction, and thereafter on an annual basis, to prolong its life.

Full Self-assembly instructions are supplied with your order along with all the required fixtures and fittings.

To provide protection during transportation and construction the Lollipop Playhouse is pre-treated with a water based timber treatment for protection against the elements. We recommend you re-treat the building following construction with a high quality preservative for maximum durability.
Please note: The Lollipop Playhouse has been painted for photographic purposes only, the playhouse will be supplied pre-treated only as standard. This play equipment should be supervised by an adult at all times during use.

10 Year Anti-Rot Guarantee

Terms of Guarantee

Standard/Dip-treated products carry a 10 year guarantee against rot. (Please note this does not include the BillyOh Log cabins, individual guarantee applies (see log cabin product page for details))

Anti-rot protection guards against fungal decay and insect attack. The guarantee does not cover movement, warping or splitting of timber products over time.

Any warranty offered is only valid for goods within the United Kingdom.

All products sold are for domestic use only unless otherwise stated in the description and/or product pages.

This warranty applies to products purchased after January 2008, please note products purchased before this date carry a standard 1 year warranty on all parts.

Validity of Guarantee

• The product build instructions which are supplied with each building should be adhered to comply with the conditions of the guarantee.
• If any part of pre-treated timber is cut, notched or drilled then an approved cut-end treatment should be applied to comply with the conditions of the guarantee.
• A suitable timber treatment should be applied at the time of first build and then applied every 12 months to maintain the appearance of the timber and to comply with the conditions of the guarantee. The application and/or mixing guidelines provided by the manufacturer of the timber treatment should be followed.

The guarantee is invalid if:

• If the building has been customised or modified in any way.
• The person claiming is not the original purchaser of the building.
• The building has not been treated annually or as per the treatment manufacturers.
• The building has not been erected on a solid / concrete base or placed on pressure treated bearers.
• The building has not been erected, fitted or installed correctly.
• The building is or has been touching any external wall which can allow moisture to penetrate the timber.

General Information

Wood is a natural product and susceptible to changes in the external environment. Extremes of temperature or weather conditions will cause a reaction in the timber. Sawn timber and machine-rounded items in particular, may split. This will not affect the structural strength of the wood or the product guarantee.
