Mad Dash Bunny Tower Playhouse overview
The Mad Dash Bunny Tower Playhouse is a great little playhouse that is great fun for the kids and its natural look will enhance your garden. A traditionally styled and versatile playhouse suitable for either traditional or modern style gardens. To compliment the building it includes a raised platform complete with a stylish verandah for more play fun. Built with children in mind it will keep them amused for hours and will allow their imagination to shape their own play space from a country cottage to a garden hideaway. A great personal play space which your children will be proud of, not for Grown Ups!
Construction
Tongue and groove interlocking board cladding is used in the construction of this building making it more sturdy and better looking, thus differentiating it from certain other playhouses. Strong solid sheet material is used for the floors and roof of the building. Rounded framing is used for safety.
Treatment
To help during construction and transport to you the building has been pre-treated with a dipped, base coat, timber preservative treatment. To comply with the warranty and finish the building in style, we recommend that a further treatment is carried out following construction, and thereafter on an annual basis, to prolong its life.

Full Self-assembly instructions are supplied with your order along with all the required fixtures and fittings.To provide protection during transportation and construction the Bunny Tower Playhouse is pre-treated with a water based timber treatment for protection against the elements. We recommend you re-treat the building following construction with a high quality preservative for maximum durability.
Always ensure that whenever the playhouse is in use that it is whilst under adult supervision

Due to the pre-panel construction, assembly time compared to interlocking buildings of the same size is relatively quick and straight forward.
Panel Buildings come with either Solid Sheet or pre-assembled Tongue & Groove floors. Tongue & Groove floors are more heavy duty and of a premium quality.
Majority of Panel Buildings come complete with roofing felt at no extra charge.
All buildings come with screws, glazing (where applicable) and ironmongery required for assembly
Each building comes with stage by stage instructions, with individual part identification.

10 Year Anti-Rot Guarantee
Terms of Guarantee
Standard/Dip-treated products carry a 10 year guarantee against rot. (Please note this does not include the BillyOh Log cabins, individual guarantee applies (see log cabin product page for details))
Anti-rot protection guards against fungal decay and insect attack. The guarantee does not cover movement, warping or splitting of timber products over time.
Any warranty offered is only valid for goods within the United Kingdom.
All products sold are for domestic use only unless otherwise stated in the description and/or product pages.
This warranty applies to products purchased after January 2008, please note products purchased before this date carry a standard 1 year warranty on all parts.
Validity of Guarantee
- The product build instructions which are supplied with each building should be adhered to comply with the conditions of the guarantee.
- If any part of pre-treated timber is cut, notched or drilled then an approved cut-end treatment should be applied to comply with the conditions of the guarantee.
- A suitable timber treatment should be applied at the time of first build and then applied every 12 months to maintain the appearance of the timber and to comply with the conditions of the guarantee. The application and/or mixing guidelines provided by the manufacturer of the timber treatment should be followed.
The guarantee is invalid if:
- If the building has been customised or modified in any way.
- The person claiming is not the original purchaser of the building.
- The building has not been treated annually or as per the treatment manufacturers.
- The building has not been erected on a solid / concrete base or placed on pressure treated bearers.
- The building has not been erected, fitted or installed correctly.
- The building is or has been touching any external wall which can allow moisture to penetrate the timber.
General Information
Wood is a natural product and susceptible to changes in the external environment. Extremes of temperature or weather conditions will cause a reaction in the timber. Sawn timber and machine-rounded items in particular, may split. This will not affect the structural strength of the wood or the product guarantee.
