Overview
Take the stressful commute to work and turn it into a stroll to the end of the garden utilising this purpose designed cabin as ideal office space for any small business. The exclusively designed Billy Oh Kent Home Office is designed to fit a number of outdoor building functions, with a footprint that maximises space and yet maintains below general planning permission guidelines in most circumstances. The Entrance room has ambient light created from well positioned large windows; this then leads into the larger main room. The traditional styling of this product ensures that it is a centre piece for any modern or traditional designed garden living space.
Features
The building is primarily constructed from substantial 44mm interlocking logs, with 19mm tongue and groove flooring and roofing. The overall size of the building is 5.8m x 5m equating to 29msq, with a smaller room 7.63msq and main room of 16.08msq. The first room has been designed as an entrance/reception room with an opening to a main larger room ideal as a main office. The entrance room is sunk back allowing for an overhung veranda section linking the external to the internal. The BillyOh Kent Home Office utilises a set of glazed doors with optional Georgian bars. The five windows used are also glazed side opening tilt and turn and come in an extra large size, with the Georgian bar option included.
Construction
With the buildings solid construction method, utilising the traditional method of interlocking logs combined with secure double locking method, maintain the buildings secure feel. The high roof-line made from substantial joists and 18mm thick T&G boards provides an internal feel of quality. This coupled with highly detailed crafted windows and doors, provides plenty of ambient natural light proving to be a versatile and luxurious office space. The use of cutting edge technology in both the design and manufacturing processes results in a building of very high quality. The Cabin can be assembled over a period of two days, following the provided technical details and general instructions. Upon completion it is imperative that the untreated building is treated with a quality wood preservative to ensure longevity and durability for years to come

Overhung Veranda
The offset entrance room is coupled with an integral veranda covered by a traditional styled overhang. This provides the perfect entrance to the building linking the outside environment through to the interior space.
Apex Roofing
The apex roofing provides a practical run off while remaining aesthetically pleasing. The addition of premium roofing shingles enhance the look of the log cabin, increasing the durability and longevity.
T&G Roofing and Floor
Billy Oh log cabins use tongue and groove (T&G) for both the floors and the roof. The T&G adds a level of quality while maintaining structure and aesthetic appeal.
Double Glazed Windows
Wonderfully crafted glazed oversize windows provide plenty of light to the internal rooms, while giving the building a distinctive modern look. The windows utilise a top and bottom locking mechanism ensuring maximum security. All windows are side opening.
Double Doors
Quality full paned single glazed doors open out onto the integral veranda. A quality locking system is in place ensuring peace of mind upon securing the building.
Entrance Room
This building has been designed to integrate a warm and light entrance room to link through via a large opening to the main room. This room would work very well as a reception area or waiting room for any small business.
Main room
The main room interior is spacious yet practical with an open doorway through to the entrance. The three well positioned side opening windows along with the generous eves and ridge height help provide a spacious and light environment for leisure or work.
Braced Floor
Each of our BillyOh log cabins are supplied with an interlocking tongue and groove floor which is supported with strong floor bearers giving a greater load capacity and reducing any floor bounce

Interested in this office, but unlike others ive looked at, it doesnt appear to be insulated at all - How do these stay warm in the winter ?

A: It comes with double glazed windows and doors the logs are 44mm thick and the floor is 19mm thick as is the roof, it also comes with roofing shingles as an optional extra with also provide further insulation for the roof. So it wouldn't be a problem keeping it warm in the winter.
Q: Do you have to have the dividing wall? Or can you build it without it?
