As Spring flowers start to bloom and the weather gradually gets warmer, Easter is an occasion that many like to spend with family and friends. If you are planning to host a large family lunch this year, don’t worry, you still have plenty of time to organise that beautifully decorated table, as well as set up a fun Easter egg hunt for the kids.

Easter Tree

A tree isn’t just for Christmas! Make a beautiful centrepiece for your family lunch, or a pretty decoration which you can place in your window for all your family to see. All you need to create your Easter tree is a few branches collected from your garden.

Place them in a low vase and then hang Easter baubles from them. This simple but effective decorating idea couldn’t be any easier to do and you can get the kids involved by letting them decorate their own baubles for the tree!

Lavender Table Decoration

This pretty lavender decoration will look great on your table and leave your room smelling fragrant too! It’s a DIY decoration that takes no time at all.

Gather some lavender from your garden or ask someone you know grows it to cut you some sprigs.

Attach four sprigs around a glass with a strip of ribbon and then fill with mini eggs! Use a set of three and place a candle in the middle one for a cosy effect!

Add a fun addition to the interior or even the exterior of your home during your Easter celebrations, with some fun bunting!
