Spray Treated: Our greenhouses get a beautiful golden brown spray treatment before leaving the factory in order to preserve the quality of the wood up until the delivery. As this only lasts through the transit stage, we do advise treating the wood after installation to protect and preserve it, as well as annual maintenance.
Pressure Treated: For an extra level of protection, you can opt for a pressure treated building which is an effective way of keeping the wood long lasting. This is an extra step in the manufacturing process where the wood is treated in a pressurised tank. Chemical preservatives are forced deep into the wood’s fibres to resist rot, decay and termites. When you upgrade to Pressure Treatment, the guarantee is extended from 10 to 15 years.
If your building is shorter than 2.5m you should not require planning permission, (unless it’s more than 50% of your garden or will be placed in your front garden). Planning permission rules can vary by area so we would strongly recommend checking your local council rules before purchasing a garden building from us.
We do not offer an installation service on any of our buildings, as they are designed to be easy and simple to assemble. Using the digital assembly instructions included in your order confirmation and with a team of at least 2 people, the handy pre assembled panels mean you will have your BillyOh building up in no time!
Our sheds, greenhouses and summerhouse are delivered in easy to assemble panels. For your convenience the panels are no wider than 4ft so they can be easily maneuverable and fit through a standard doorway. Glazing and any additional wood is delivered in separate, clearly labeled packages.

With this variant of the Lincoln 4000, you get roof vents included, allowing you to easily control the heat and moisture within your greenhouse. A traditional apex roof and double doors offer you the perfect walk-in greenhouse with great access to all of your gardening equipment and plants.
No matter the size of your garden or patio, there is a BillyOh Lincoln 4000 to suit you. The smallest size is a thin greenhouse giving you great growing space while keeping your garden or patio free for other uses. Smaller greenhouses can give you an ideal space for smaller projects or hobbyists. The range of sizes gives you the option to choose larger greenhouses, offering you more growing area and excellent storage for any garden items. Shelving works amazingly for making the most of your building's footprint by increasing your vertical storage capacity and moving equipment off the floor and away from your plants.
The strong timber frame and tongue and groove cladding style not only add to this timber greenhouse's structural rigidity, but they also add another level of protection. With a tight seal, water ingress is reduced in even harsh weather conditions. Add to this the in-built guttering systems and you have a design that is built for excellent runoff.
This greenhouse is made from 11mm tongue and groove pre-assembled panels and durable timber framing for structural integrity. The building and wooden frame is easy to construct; simply install the glazing and then follow the comprehensive instructions. Depending on your chosen size, the vents can be placed to suit your garden. Many people choose to paint their building to match their style, although the traditional wooden design of this greenhouse fits perfectly into any garden. That's why we offer a range of colour options to customise your building.
Polycarbonated glazing is used for the wall and roof material of this timber greenhouse and its windowed design. These durable panels not only offer plenty of light but excellent heat retention and natural insulation properties. The roof panels also feature a vent giving you the ideal solution to temperature and moisture control.

Otherwise, your BillyOh wooden greenhouse will come with a golden brown spray treatment to protect it throughout delivery. We then suggest treating the wood after installation with a waterproof wood stain.
Our garden buildings come in a range of roof styles, but this BillyOh greenhouse features one of our more traditional styles - the apex roof. With a ridge height of 1.97m (6ft4) and eaves height of 1.52m (5ft), the Lincoln offers generous height for upright use, or when sat on a potting bench. You can even add shelving as an optional extra to make the most of your usable space. And, with in-built guttering and roof overhangs, it offers excellent runoff. As well as additional headroom, we also tend to think that the silhouette of these traditional greenhouses has a certain natural beauty to it, as well.
Your Lincoln with opening roof vent will be delivered as ready-to-assemble panels measured and cut by our skilled craftsmen with assembly instructions. Simply follow these and you and a friend (using some basic tools - available as an assembly kit including basic tools like a claw hammer) can have your greenhouse up in a matter of hours. Just remember to construct all garden buildings onto a level base for extra stability!
The height and size of your BillyOh greenhouse also mean that it shouldn't require planning permission, so long as it isn't larger than 50% of your garden setting or built past the foremost wall of your house.
