"House arrived 10 working days after order. I managed to put it together myself until I got to the roof when I need help. My son was very pleased with it and likes to play in it but not so much I can't get him out. It is a very sturdy house but doors and windows are easy to open and close. Overall would recommend house and garden centre direct."

"Product great, Outdoy toys direct not so great after 6 weeks discovered that they had not ordered product everytime phoned them had to wait 20 minutes to get trough to someone, this costed me £14 in phone calls, no apology, no compensation offered would be very wary of shopping here again"

"Arrive on the 14th day after order. Although the box was slightly battered, the house was ok. Since putting it up we haven't been able to get out little-uns out, they love it. It's a great sturdy well made house & for a joint birthday present for our little-uns, we just simply can't fault it - Well except if you class attempting to get the little-uns to bed after playing in the house a fault LOL Outdoor Toys Direct have past expectations & we will definitely be using them again - GREAT HOUSE but beware of over enjoyment at bedtimes lol "
