I write just to let you know how much we appreciated the excellent service we received from you re our recent order for a garden shed. You were most helpful in arranging to provide an alternative shed more quickly than you could have provided our original selection and also in sending us a set of washers missing in the original pack.
You will, I am sure, be delighted to know that even as an 80 year old pensioner and wife, we had no difficulty in erecting the shed as a relaxed and enjoyable exercise over two days of hot sunshine, and are delighted with the finished article.

"Shed - absolutely fantastic product - can do most of it on your own.
If you have basic joinery skills. Delivery team very accommodating as they had a job to find the right spot to despatch, especially as I was not in.
