We managed to put it together in the dark as a birthday surprise for the next morning so it must have been easy to put together and has already provided a few days of successful trampolining :) Very good order / delivery information by Kybotech, both by email and telephone. "When the trampoline first arrived I thought it would be very difficult to essemble . But As we started to put it together we found that it was a very easy step by step process. The hardest bit is the Springs but a tool is provided that does help you, although make sure you have 2 people as it is quite a labour intensive job and strenghth is needed. Apart from that I was pleaslently surprised. the delivery was within the 4days as promised, all the parts were there and assmbley as the should . Its not very often you order something on line and it actually does what it says on the tin, this was very much the case with this product .
