Cost

Delivery to most UK mainland destinations. Extra charges may apply on some products/destinations. Please see individual product pages or the full terms and conditions for details.

Delivery address

When you order, the option to specify a separate Delivery and billing address will be available. We give you the option to Delivery to your own address or someone else’s for convenience or maybe a gift!

Delivery time

Estimated Delivery times are shown on the individual product pages. Once your order is placed we endeavour to send out a confirmation email, providing you provided Us with applicable contact details, which contains your order reference number and estimated Delivery time. In most cases, you will be contacted prior to that time in regards to Delivery. You may track your order at any time, read below for details. We endeavour to deliver within 28 days. If we are unable to deliver within this time then we will only proceed with your order if you agree to the longer Delivery period or do not contact us to confirm otherwise. Those located in offshore or remote mainland areas are those most likely to require a Delivery date extension and/or extra charges, if you feel you may be located in such an area, please contact our customer service team first for specialised advice.

Order tracking

You can track your order at any time during the order process. To track your order contact customer services, by emailing us or telephoning us on 0871 230 0380 quoting your order reference number. You may also track your order online, in your account section.

Offshore & Remote Areas

Our Delivery Guarantee refers to deliveries within most of mainland UK (England, Scotland and Wales) destinations. Deliveries to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Isles or Highlands as well as some areas of the Scottish Highlands may incur an extra Delivery charge.
