BillyOh Castle Tongue and Groove Apex

The BillyOh Castle Tongue and Groove Apex is a truly wonderful building made from the more aesthetically pleasing tongue and groove cladding. This design also offers a more secure construction method over the ‘overlap’ type of building.

Construction

The walls on the building are made from tongue and groove cladding so that the overall construction of the building blends naturally into your garden environment.

Features

This shed comes complete with fixed side windows that allow a generous amount of light to enter the building and to aid in the construction of the building. Full fixing kit including felt and instructions are included.

Treatment

To help during construction and transport to you the building has been pre-treated with a dipped, base coat, timber preservative treatment. To comply with the warranty and finish the building in style, we recommend that a further treatment is carried out following construction, and thereafter on an annual basis, to prolong its life.

    PRE-TREATED

    All of our BillyOh sheds come pre-treated with our very own autumn gold anti-fungal wood preservative. The treatment will protect your building for approximately 6-8 weeks giving you plenty of time to choose your plot, prepare your base and erect your building.

    SOLID SHEET MATERIAL

    The roof and floor is constructed using Solid Sheet Material rigid board so no more splits or sap pockets.

    Tongue & groove constuction is a traditional yet superior type of cladding designed to give a smoother finish, enhanced look and most importantly secure cladding making it more resistant to the weather.

    EASY ASSEMBLY

    To aid in the assembly some of the work has already been carried out for you. Each building comes with fully assembled panels and we supply a fixing kit with sufficient nails and felt to complete the roof assembly. Click Zoom for details.

    Floor Joists

    Each building comes complete with a sufficient number of factory treated floor joists which act a strengthening tool that provides ventilation and prevents the damp and cold penetrating the floor

    Q: do you provide a service to erect the shed? if so how much? A: Unfortunately we are unable to offer an assembly service but they do come in panels so each side is already assembled, all you would need to do is put the panels together. Thank you. Q: can you get this shed without the windows A: The shed has to be with the windows, you can be able to put them either side though. Thank you.

    Due to the pre-panel construction, assembly time compared to interlocking buildings of the same size is relatively quick and straight forward.

    Panel Buildings come with either Solid Sheet or pre-assembled Tongue & Groove floors. Tongue & Groove floors are more heavy duty and of a premium quality.

    Majority of Panel Buildings come complete with roofing felt at no extra charge.

    All buildings come with screws, glazing (where applicable) and ironmongery required for assembly

    Each building comes with stage by stage instructions, with individual part identification.

No complaints at all ....but you do need an electric drill/screw driver and a bit of muscle as you would with any self assembly shed."
