This tower-style playhouse is designed with a raised platform complete with a sturdy safety rail providing more space to play and have fun!
The playhouse includes a 3-step ladder, making it easy for your children to get up and down from the tower. The playhouse is also available with a slide, providing a fun way for your children to get down from the tower and another great feature to enjoy!
Strong Tongue and Groove construction ensure a robust and solid build. The Tongue and Groove boards interlock with one another to form a tight seal offering high-quality weather protection.
Durable Single SAN glazing included as standard. Shatterproof glazing is a safer alternative to glass, which is easily broken and can leave sharp edges.
All safety aspects have been carefully considered: the raised platform is complete with a sturdy safety rail, rounded edges and smooth framing, air holes on the rear of the playhouse for safety and increased air circulation, shatterproof glazing and a 12mm gap around the door which protects little fingers from being trapped.
Quick and easy to apply, our premium mineral felt is durable and protects your building against harsh weather.

We recommend adult monitoring whenever a playhouse is used. However, it may be of reassurance to learn that our playhouses are safety tested to British Standards BS-EN71 for domestic use.
Our playhouses are not designed for children aged under 36 months as there are many small parts, which may be a potential choking hazard. Furthermore, there is often a maximum user weight of 50kg when tower playhouses and two-story playhouses are concerned. We also recommend keeping the playhouses a minimum of 2m clear from any obstructions or other structures.
The door style depends on whether you opt for a slide or tower only.
If you choose a tower only, your playhouse will come with a split stable style door where the top and bottom can be opened separately.
If you choose a tower with a slide, the playhouse will come with swinging saloon style doors.
With the Lollipop Max Tower an 11mm tongue and groove floor and roof is included.
Roof:
11mm: Our standard roof option, this interlocking roof provides a reliable covering for any building. The Tongue and Groove not only gives your building a stronger roof but also a premium look and feel.
Floor:
11mm: Our Standard flooring option which provides a durable, solid foundation and underfoot to the building. The 11mm option is ideal for less demanding and frequent usage, suitable for lighter intensity purposes like summer houses and other living spaces containing light furniture. The 11mm tongue and groove timber makes this a solid yet suitable, economical option.
If your building is shorter than 2.5m you should not require planning permission, (unless it’s more than 50% of your garden or will be placed in your front garden). Planning permission rules can vary by area so we would strongly recommend checking your local council rules before purchasing a garden building from us.
We do not offer an installation service on any of our buildings, as they are designed to be easy and simple to assemble. Using the digital assembly instructions included in your order confirmation and with a team of at least 2 people, the handy pre assembled panels mean you will have your BillyOh building up in no time!
Our play houses are delivered in easy to assemble panels. For your convenience the panels are no wider than 4ft so they can be easily maneuverable and fit through a standard doorway. Glazing and any additional wood is delivered in separate, clearly labeled packages.

The Lollipop Max Tower is a perfect area for your children to explore and be creative. The Lollipop max tower comes with a wide variety of features, including a robust 11mm roof and floor, roofing felt and a tall apex roof design to increase the head height. You can upgrade your building further by adding a standard or premium slide. With the Lollipop max tower, when the slide is selected, the same robust climbing ladder and safety fence is included for your child’s safety and your peace of mind.
Tongue & groove construction also offers quality weather protection and a tight seal against water ingress. Using a durable material like our high-quality European-sourced timber, the tongue & groove floor and roof will offer structural stability and weather-proofing qualities.

We don't offer an installation service on our BillyOh playhouses because the assembly process has been designed to be so easy to follow. You'll be provided with assembly instructions and pre-assembled panels that you (and a friend with some basic tools) can fit together in a matter of hours.
Your assembly kit will include premium mineral roof felt and detailed instructions and you can even purchase a toolkit as an optional extra. We recommend that all garden buildings be built on a solid foundation.
