Tongue and Groove floor and roof give the summerhouse a finished look, making it much more sturdy, so it won't be a problem to keep items like tables and chairs inside the summerhouse.
To help during construction and transport to you the building has been pre-treated with a dipped, base coat, timber preservative treatment. To comply with the warranty and finish the building in style, we recommend that a further treatment is carried out following construction, and thereafter on an annual basis, to prolong its life.
The Monte Carlo comes complete with a verandah included as standing which measures 57cm, this is also included in the buildings overall dimensions.
112cm x 172.5cm Double doors are provided which allow a greater entry access area over single door summerhouses making it ideal if you require better access into the building.
