BillyOh Beach Hut overview
Enjoy a touch of that holiday romance at home in your garden with your very own beach hut. It has been carefully styled on a traditional English seaside beach hut and includes some authentic attention to detail. A truly versatile addition to your outdoor living space which can be used for a multitude of uses like a hobby room or just a place to sit and relax.
Construction
The beach hut is made from tongue and groove board which is both strong, practical and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The BillyOh Beach Hut is also supplied with a 52cm high raised platform as standard. Actual hut dimensions: 238cm(w) x 195cm(d) x 246cm(h).
Features
The Beach Hut features some great attention to detail including antiqued style door handles, and a raised platform with stylish verandah. The building also features styrene semi glazed secure double doors with bolts along with removable window and skylight shutter which are secured by turn buttons for convenience. The building also features two styrene glazed windows to the front elevation.
Treatment
To help during construction and transport to you the building has been pre-treated with a dipped, base coat, timber preservative treatment. To comply with the warranty and finish the building in style, we recommend that a further treatment is carried out following construction, and thereafter on an annual basis, to prolong its life.
Please note:The BillyOh Beach Hut has been painted for photographic purposes only, the hut will be supplied pre-treated only as standard.
It is always advisable to contact your local Planning Authority to ascertain whether or not planning permission may be required for your garden building.

Full Self-assembly instructions are supplied with your order along with all the required fixtures and fittings.To provide protection during transportation and construction the Beach Hut Summerhouse is pre-treated with a water based timber treatment for protection against the elements. We recommend you re-treat the building following construction with a high quality preservative for maximum durability.

The majority of buildings come with a factory pre-treated base coat which is fungal and weather resistant.
Due to the pre-panel construction, assembly time compared to interlocking buildings of the same size is relatively quick and straight forward.
Panel Buildings come with either Solid Sheet or pre-assembled Tongue & Groove floors. Tongue & Groove floors are more heavy duty and of a premium quality.
Majority of Panel Buildings come complete with roofing felt at no extra charge.
All buildings come with screws, glazing (where applicable) and ironmongery required for assembly
Each building comes with stage by stage instructions, with individual part identification.
This product has been been designed and made by us in the UK with pride.
BillyOh Beach Hut features
Verandah
The raised verandah provides the ideal entrance to the building and an area to either sit out in the sun on or decorate with flowers/plants for a more attractive entrance
Secure Double Doors
Supplied with securable double doors which is ideal for keeping your garden items stored away in while not in use
Skylight Shutter
For added ventilation and light why not remove the skylight shutter and let in the summer air while you relax
Removable Shutters
Supplied with removable shutter on both sides of the building and at the front skylight which are all secured with turn-buttons for convenience
Tower-Bolts
The double doors are supplied with a tower-bolts top and bottom to secure the doors and are lockable from the inside
Raised Platform
The BillyOh Beach Hut is supplied on a 52cm high platform as standard which gives it that traditional English seaside look.

Excellent, family very pleased with it, very easy to put up and only took a few hours once the footings were done.

What a brilliant purchase, love it. Always wanted a beach hut but live in Oxfordshire. lol. My neighbours think it is fantastic too. I'm going to use it like a summerhouse, my own place to relax with a beer or two.

- Q: Hi,Do you provide an erection service?
- A: Unfortunately we are unable to offer an assembly service but they do come in panels so each side is already assembled, all you would need to do is just put the panels together and we aill also send the fixing kit as well. Thank you.
- Q: Can the beach hut be locked from the outside?
- A: Yes it can be locked from the outside.
