BillyOh SUTTON, 6 & 8 fronted Premium PENT roof Steel Sheds. Our SUTTON, all steel, pent roof sheds are the answer where garden space is limited, or on the caravan park where non-combustible sheds are mandatory. The deep roll formed wall and roof panels provide MUCH IMPROVED STRENGTH when compared to shallow formed cladding of other steel sheds.
Probably the BEST LOOKING pent roof sheds on the market offering 2.03m2 (6 x 4) or 2.68m2 (8 x 4) inside floor space for storage larger then competitive models. Generous 63”/160cmcm wall height. Pad-lockable, smooth inside running sliding doors provide a spacious door opening width of 85cm width x 155cm height (6 x 4) and 104cm width x 160cm height (8 x 4) respectively.

The SUTTON shed needs securing to a level, concrete or flagstone base with suitable rawl bolts (not supplied) through the holes in all base rail members after the shed assembly has been completed. Alternatively, consider the OPTIONAL foundation kit.
What is a ‘Steel Foundation Kit’ and do I need one?
It is a quick and easy way to create a suitable base for your metal shed after you have leveled your site and inserted a DPC below the foundation kit.
If the tongue and groove base option is selected, woodscrews and washers must be used (we cannot supply) to attach the shed to the timber floor. Woodscrews go through the shed's inner base rail holes with the washer for each screw securing adequate purchase between wood screw/base rail/timber floor.
It is manufactured using heavy-duty ‘U’ channel framing, made from durable hot-dipped galvanized steel. The assembled foundation kit receives the shed base rails and flood out with concrete after the shed assembly is completed to give the perfect base.

Most impressed with the kit. I found assembly quite straightforward. During the whole build I only found 2 wrongly drilled holes and these were pilot holes for the self taping screws instead of larger access holes for the screw to pass through. All the holes were in the right place which is rather unusual for self assembly kit in my experience. All in all a good kit,and would recommend it especially as it is cheaper than the wood equivalent.
I have not been able to assemble my shed as I have not been able to download the construction details. Otherwise I am pleased with the service
Well designed, able to erect single handed, although it took much lomger than 3 hours.
