Confusing instructions until I got the hang of how they were worded. Then the greenhouse base had to be 'just so', with corners sqare and level (I live on a hillside). The walls etc were a slow careful process in the freezing conditions, South Yorkshire, now it's perfect. Have plantings and even the recent earthquake didn't shift it. Thank you

A new range of keenly priced, green-framed, aluminium greenhouses with polycarbonate glazing has been launched by Gardman

Three popular-sized models (4ft x 6ft, 6ft x 6ft and 8ft x 6ft) are available, and all are strongly-boxed and colour-coded for easy recognition. Polycarbonate-glazing is used on all models for family safety and heat efficiency. Strong, green-coated bases of galvanised steel to secure the structure are also offered. All packs come complete with fittings and instructions.

Our new greenhouses combine style and affordability. Gardeners will fully appreciate what value-for-money they represent. The green-coated, aluminium frame has an enamelled coating for long life, and it does not tarnish or fade. Its classic shape and colour mean it looks good in both traditional and modern gardens. Polycarbonate glazing is light, strong and safe, virtually unbreakable and easy to handle.

Its twin-wall construction provides an ideal growing environment and good insulation from frost. It also maintains a more even temperature than glass does, resulting in better plant growth, and diffuses light, thereby preventing scorch.
