Overview

Take the stressful commute to work and turn it into a stroll to the end of the garden utilising this purpose designed cabin as ideal office space for any small business. The exclusively designed Billy Oh Woodland Home Office is designed to fit a number of outdoor building functions. The provided substantial overhang of 1m provides shade and weather protection, and requires no additional support due to substantial roof joists. The Entrance room has ambient light created from well positioned large windows; this then leads into the back room of the same size with a more secure feeling ideal for expensive office computers. The alpine traditional styling of this product ensures that it is a prominent centre piece for most garden living spaces.

Features

44mm Interlocking Boards - Double T&G for extra stability and durability.

19mm T&G Floor - Providing a thick and heavy duty floor supported by 2" x 3" Floor Joists.

19mm T&G Roof - Providing a thick and heavy duty roof supported by 2" x 5" Roof Purlins.

Double Glazed Doors/Windows - For increased insulation properties and premium build quality. There are 4 Windows, which are side opening complete with optional Georgian styled glazing bars.

Fully Glazed Style Double Door - These provide plenty of light with optional Georgian glazing bars and pre-glazed with double glazing as standard.

Included Interlocking Verandah - Provides an external outdoor space ideal for outdoor entertaining using the same 44mm interlocking boards as the main building.

Alpine Styled Roof Line - Roofline similar to alpine traditional chalets and ski lodges.

Front Overhang - This provides both shade from the sun, and cover during the frequent summer rain showers.

Premium Shingles Option - The roof can support our premium shingle range, which provide additional protection and increased aesthetic appeal. These come in a range of colours, see the product options for details.

Construction

With the buildings solid construction method, utilising the traditional method of interlocking logs combined with secure locking method, maintain the buildings secure feel. The high roof-line made from substantial joists and 19mm thick T&G boards provides an internal feel of quality. This coupled with highly detailed crafted windows and doors, provides plenty of ambient natural light proving to be a versatile and luxurious office space. The use of cutting edge technology in both the design and manufacturing processes results in a building of very high quality. The Cabin can be assembled over a period of two days, following the provided technical details and general instructions. Upon completion it is imperative that the untreated building is treated with a quality wood preservative to ensure longevity and durability for years to come

Double Doors

The carpentry styled glazed double-doors provide a versatile opening. A quality locking system ensures your belongings are secure leaving you with peace of mind. The doors come with 8mm full length glazed glass as standard, providing a light and airy feel to the entrance to the building.

Windows

Generously proportioned carpentry styled side opening windows provide light and ventilation, adding to the comfort, usability and sense of satisfaction while using the Woodland Log Cabin. The windows come with 8mm single glazed glass as standard.

Premium Tongue and Groove Roof and Floor

Billy Oh log cabins use Premium Tongue and Groove (T&G) for the roof and the floors. The roof is 19mm T&G along with substantial roof supports crafted with precision CNC machining. The Floor boards are also 28mm T&G boarding.

Braced Floor

Log Cabin Features

Most of our Log Cabin Buildings Feature;

All boards are pre-machined to length and they interlock together increasing strength and durability

The timbers in log cabins are substantially thicker including 19mm, 28mm, 44mm and 70mm. This thickness increases the insulation properties of the building and comes in single or double Tongue & Groove depending on timber thickness.

Log cabin boards are naturally finished, ensuring a blank canvas ready for varnishing, painting or treating in any colour desired.

Treating the building is required to conform to the warranty and to maintain the building. Wood stains are available in 4 colours for each product; Cedar Red, Harvest Gold, Ever Green and Dark Brown.

Log Cabins are supplied with either; Solid Sheet, T&G Pre-Assembled sections or Individual T&G board floors. T&G floors are more heavy duty and of premium quality.

Log Cabins are supplied with either; Solid Sheet, T&G Pre-Assembled sections or Individual T&G board roofs. T&G roofs are more heavy duty and premium quality.

Cabins are glazed using either; Styrene, Single Glazed Glass or Double Glazed Glass. Double glazing is the most premium.

The BillyOh Playhouses, Pathfinders, Frontiers and Pioneers all come as standard with green mineral felt. Those that do not come as standard include this as an optional extra.

Premium roofing shingles are available on a selection of the buildings. These are available in Green, Grey, Black and Red Tiles.

Due to the individual boards construction, assembly time is more time consuming, why not add our assembly service if available in your area.

All buildings come with screws, glazing and ironmongery required for assembly

Each building comes with stage by stage instructions, with individual part identification and cutting lists.

Buildings with an offset door and window can be reversed so that the door is on either the left or the right. Providing that the window side is the same length as the plain side the windows can be placed either side.

BillyOh Playhouses, Pathfinder, Frontier and Pioneer ranges are both manufactured and designed in the UK. The remaining buildings have been designed in the UK.
