All boards are pre-machined to length and they interlock together increasing strength and durability

The timbers in log cabins are substantially thicker including 19mm, 28mm, 44mm and 70mm. This thickness increases the insulation properties of the building and comes in single or double Tongue & Groove depending on timber thickness.

Log cabin boards are naturally finished, ensuring a blank canvas ready for varnishing, painting or treating in any colour desired.

Treating the building is required to conform to the warranty and to maintain the building. Wood stains are available in 4 colours for each product; Cedar Red, Harvest Gold, Ever Green and Dark Brown.

Log Cabins are supplied with either; Solid Sheet or Individual T&G board floors. T&G floors are more heavy duty and of premium quality.

Cabins are glazed using either; Styrene, Single Glazed Glass or Double Glazed Glass. Double glazing is the most premium.

All of the BillyOh log cabins in the Playhouse, Frontier and Pioneer range all come as standard with green mineral felt. The majority of the Pathfinder range come as standard with green mineral felt. The buildings that do not come with green mineral felt will display the felt material supplied in the product technical specifications section.

Premium roofing shingles are available on a selection of the buildings. These are available in Green, Grey, Black and Red Tiles.

Due to the individual boards construction, assembly time is more time consuming, why not add our assembly service if available in your area.

All buildings come with screws, glazing and ironmongery required for assembly

Each building comes with stage by stage instructions, with individual part identification and cutting lists.

Buildings with an offset door and window can be reversed so that the door is on either the left or the right. Providing that the window side is the same length as the plain side the windows can be placed either side.

BillyOh Playhouses, Pathfinder, Frontier and Pioneer ranges are both manufactured and designed in the UK. The remaining buildings have been designed in the UK.

The BillyOh Frontier Montana with verandah is the extension of the BillyOh Frontier range, available now in 3 sizes. The 3 sizes of this cabin have been designed to suite most garden styles and sizes providing a fully usable versatile space internally and externally via the verandah. All sizes come as standard with a double door and three opening windows. This building will enhance any garden whether used to for working or leisure at the end of the garden. The Montana's with Verandah can all be assembled in a number of different ways to suit all garden types, by rearranging the windows and doors.

Features

The Montana's with Verandah are all packed with features including T&G floor and roof boards, 28mm Tongue and Groove Timbers wall boards, Interlocking construction, Fixing kit, 28mm Interlocking Verandah, double doors and windows. Check the features below;

28mm Interlocking Wall Boards – Single T&G boards provide increased strength, a more solid wall structure than the 19mm wall cladding with additional framework either for a standalone structure, or to add to depending on requirement.

Interlocking Construction – The Interlocking building method provides rigidity and strength as each board holds the previous board in place. This also allows flexibility in the window layout, making many styles possible from one product.

11mm T&G Floor Boards - We Provide you with T&G floor boards, which provide a rigid floor.

11mm T&G Roof - The roof is constructed using 11mm Tongue and Groove boards nailed into place on pre-cut roof purlins.

Styrene Glazed Doors/Windows - There are 3 Windows, which are bottom opening windows constructed with integral Georgian styled glazing bars. Glazing comes as a single sheet for ease of assembly.

Included Partially Overhung Verandah - Provides an external outdoor space ideal for outdoor entertaining using the same 28mm interlocking boards to compliment the style of the main building.

Semi Glazed Style Double Door - These provide plenty of light with integral Georgian glazing bars as standard, while adding security with a boarded section. Styrene Glazing comes as a single sheet for ease of assembly can be upgraded by any glazer to single glazed toughened glass.

Alpine Styled Roof Line - Roofline similar to alpine traditional chalets and ski lodges.

Roofing Felt as Standard - The BillyOh Fontier Montana's with Verandahs all come as standard with all felt covering and fixings as standard at no extra cost. The felt used is a green mineral felt which is of higher grade than cheaper felt types such as sand felt.

Designed and Made in England - The BillyOh Montana's with Verandahs have been designed using state of the art software in the UK and manufactured in our own UK based factory. This ensures that our product knowledge is high and our delivery lead times are kept low.

The Georgian styled windows and double opening doors filter light into the interior adding a heightened sense of space. The standalone design with overhang ensures flexibility and variation in a multitude of decking, paving options to suit your garden.

    The top opening windows helps provide the internals with plenty of natural light. Georgian bars mixed with traditionally styled hinges ensure a classic traditional design aesthetic is maintained.
