Q: What surface would you recommend the summerhouse be fixed to - I plan to erect it on a frame as I am erecting to deck around the house, and it would be easier if I could simply fix the house down onto this frame.
A: The base we recommend is a concrete base and the cabin walls are approx 35mm off the ground. The floor has floor joists which is pressure treated. If you do make a deck please note that the frame will have to have floor joists under the frame.
