I recently bought a mad dash peardrop playhouse for my three year old daughter and am very pleased with it. We have put her toy kitchen into it along with a table and chairs she plays out there for hours. She has also put a little cot upstairs for her dolls. It took a couple of hours to put it up and the instructions were a little basic, but overall it has been money well spent and hours of enjoyment for my child.

we were pleased with our playhouse the kids cant get enough,the instructions were very basic but i manged to get it built with 2hours,i would recommened to buy from this company. mr andrew d crisp

We bought this for our children, twins aged 2 and a 3 year old. I think it is ideal for them. The little ones can just manage the steps and there is room for all three. We also keep their bikes and balls inside and have put in a play cooker blackboard downstairs (painted and screwed to the wall) and cushions upstairs. It seems pretty sturdy and weatherproof (I don`t know why there`s a gap around the door hinge but it doesn`t seem to matter). I like the number of windows and they certainly enjoy spending time there. It was delivered quickly and my husband put it up without too many difficulties on his own. We have rounded off the corners on the bottom edge of the apex/roof at the front as we have found this is the same height as my head!

Overall i am very happy with the playhouse, quite sturdy and solid. My 4 yr old son is delighted with it, and it is somewhere we can leave him safely play whilst watching from a distance. It took 3 of us approx 3 hrs to erect (and we are all capable DIYers) as well as a further 3 hrs to concrete the base. I added a few steps to the ladder as my son (he has cerebral palsy) found the steps a bit far apart, but that is no slight on the manufacture just an individual thing for children with short legs! My only slight criticism is that the instructions are quite general, and i think that someone who isn't DIY competent would have struggled-but as said i am very happy with it and wouldn't hesitate to buy from yourselves again
